Performance framework
Conversations are the first measure, not the last: every ad carries a code so a buyer can be traced to the ad that brought them, and the decision is judged by buyers, not by messages alone.

Growth engineering
Product in hand, from the first second
The October results showed it: videos where the product is held and clear win; closed sacks and floor shots lose. The 15-video campaign was built on that.
Ad sets by product line
Kids’ clothing, abayas and men’s each got their own audience copy, so each line is measured on its own.
A code on every ad
Each ad has its own code, so a buyer can be traced to the ad that brought them.
Judged by buyers, not only messages
Cost per conversation is the first measure; the decision looks at who actually bought.
Prices checked with the owner
Prices that were missing from videos were confirmed with the owner, and the ones heard in the voice-over were flagged for his review.
A daily budget with a ceiling
500 EGP a day for the October campaign — enough to test five videos without overspending.
