Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or work with Automy.Tech ("we", "us"). Each project is also covered by the written quote we send you, which sets the exact scope and price.
1. What we do
We design, build and run AI chatbots, business systems (cashier, inventory, dashboards), websites and advertising campaigns for businesses in Egypt and abroad.
2. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote: what is included, the price, and the expected timeline. Work outside the quote is quoted separately before we start it. Prices in Egypt are in Egyptian pounds; international projects are quoted in USD or EUR.
3. Payment
Payment amounts and dates are the ones written in your quote. International clients pay by bank transfer (EUR or USD) against an invoice we send you. Monthly plans cover hosting, support, updates and improvements, as described in the quote.
4. Your content and data
Your customers, sales records, products, prices and materials belong to your business. You can ask for an export of your data at any time. You confirm that what you give us (texts, images, logos, product information) is yours to use.
5. AI chatbots
Our chatbots answer from the information you approve. Anything outside it is handed over to you. AI can still make mistakes, so you remain responsible for the prices, offers and policies you ask the bot to state, and you can review conversations at any time.
6. Third-party platforms
Our work relies on platforms we don't control, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google and Meta Ads. They can change their rules, prices or availability, and your use of them is under their own terms. We will tell you promptly about changes that affect your project.
7. Advertising results
We run campaigns carefully and report honestly, but we cannot promise a specific number of leads, sales or a specific cost. Results depend on your offer, your market and the platform.
8. Support and changes
Support is by message. We will keep your system running and fix defects that come from our work. New features are agreed and quoted before we build them.
9. Ending the work
Either of us can end a monthly plan with written notice. You keep your data and we hand over what is yours. Work already delivered and agreed amounts for it remain due.
10. Liability
We are responsible for delivering the work described in the quote with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, or for outages of third-party platforms. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
