BRO'S Coffee — menu, cashier and accounts on one system
A QR menu with a photo for every item, a cashier that prints the customer receipt and the kitchen ticket, customer credit accounts and delivery — all reading from one database.

What the café needed
A busy café and juice bar needed to stop juggling a paper menu, a handwritten tab book and loose receipts. It needed one system: a menu customers scan, a cashier at the counter, and the day on the owner's phone.
- A QR menu with a photo and a price for every drink and dish, in Arabic and English
- A cashier that keeps working at the counter, with or without internet
- Accounts for regulars who pay later — with every payment recorded
- Delivery orders with the customer's phone and address on the receipt
- A view of the day on the owner's phone
What we built
QR menu with real photos
129 items in 13 sections — each with its own photo, its sizes and flavours — in Arabic and English.
Cashier
Tap an item, pick the size, take cash, card, Instapay or Vodafone Cash — for dine-in, takeaway, staff or delivery.
Two papers per order
A customer receipt with prices and a kitchen ticket in large type without them — each one its own print job.
Customer accounts
Put an order on a regular's account, take a full or part payment, close the account — every move written in a ledger.
Delivery
A returning customer is recognised by phone; a new one is saved with name and address, and both print on the papers.
Live menu prices
Change a price at the register and the QR menu on customers' phones changes with it.
Careful by design
Nothing is deleted quietly
Every deleted order needs a written reason and is saved in a log first. The manager sees what was deleted, and why.
A ledger that only adds lines
Customer accounts can't be edited: a mistake is cancelled by a new line with a reason, and the original stays visible.
Nothing is lost offline
If the connection drops, the cashier keeps working and uploads later — and a visible alert shows anything still waiting.
At a glance
Counts describe the system as delivered.
In the owner's words
Automy built us the whole digital side of the café: a QR menu with a photo and a price for every item, and a cashier on our computer that prints the customer receipt and the kitchen ticket, handles delivery orders and keeps an account for each regular customer. When we change a price at the register, the menu on our customers' phones changes with it.
