What the factory needed

A factory that makes abayas and women's homewear pays its craftsmen by the piece, sells to customers on account and buys fabric from suppliers. Working out who made what, and who is owed what, was the heavy part of every week. The owner wanted all of it on the phone he already carries.

  • Every model saved with its code, photo, craftsman price and sale price
  • Craftsmen paid per piece, calculated automatically
  • A weekly cycle that closes cleanly — Saturday to Thursday
  • A delivery cashier and customer accounts
  • Fabric, suppliers and the cash box in one place

What we built

Models

Each model carries a code, a photo, the craftsman's price and the sale price — the single source for both pay and sales.

Pay per piece

Pay is calculated for each craftsman from the pieces made, with advances deducted at the end of the week.

Delivery cashier

Hand the goods over, take the payment, and the delivery note is ready to send on WhatsApp.

Customer accounts

Every customer has an account showing what they bought and what they owe.

Fabric & suppliers

Fabric in, suppliers paid — tracked in the same system.

Cash box & reports

The cash box and expenses, and a one-tap report as an image to share on WhatsApp.

04

Built for the factory floor

Light and quick on a phone

Model photos are stored separately, so the app stays fast on an ordinary phone.

Two accounts, one cloud

The owner and the accountant each sign in with their own account, on one shared cloud database.

Phone first

Designed for one-hand use on the factory floor — no computer needed.

In the owner's words

“
Working out the craftsmen's pay used to take me a whole day at the end of every week, and mistakes happened. Now every model is saved with its code, photo and price, and the system calculates each craftsman's pay per piece by itself. Deliveries to customers come with a ready delivery note I send straight on WhatsApp. The whole factory is on my phone now — no computer, no notebooks.
